The process started with a 90-minute OA – two coding problems around array transformations and graph traversal. Standard difficulty, but the format felt close to Hack2Hire’s timed environments. After that came two rounds of technical interviews: one focused on a deep dive into interval merging with edge case coverage, and the other on basic system design (cache and rate-limiting).
One interview had an engineer who joined 10 minutes late and stayed silent until the end. Another was more open about the current team reshuffling. After I passed all rounds, I was told there wasn’t a team match — which matched what I’d been hearing on Blind and 1point3acres. It seems like many are getting through the process only to be left in limbo. Good prep opportunity if you're practicing live interviews, but don’t count on a solid outcome.
