I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lyft (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2016
Interview
I applied via the Lyft careers website, and got an email from a recruiter a few days later to set up an initial phone screening. After the phone screening, I had 2 other phone interviews with members of the marketing team followed by an excel assignment. I was then invited in for a half day onsite. I met with a number of people from the marketing department. Everyone was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. Following the interviews the recruiter let me know when I would be hearing back about next steps. She was true to her word and I heard back from her promptly in the following days. The interview process was extensive but thorough. You can tell that they really care about the people they hire and want it to be a good fit for both sides. The recruiters were very helpful throughout the process and always made sure I knew where I stood.
