LyondellBasell interview questions

Challenging interview, mostly based off negative experiences to see how you react to difficult situations. There were lots of resources available to help prepare, but it was still challenging. I did not have any specific industry knowledge but was chosen for an interview because of my presence, which they said would be required in difficult negotiation situations.

Submitted my resume at a campus career fair and applied for the position online. I was asked for an interview a couple weeks later. It was a one on one interview with employee. It was very relaxed, but the questions were relatively difficult.
