Interview
The interviewer was super kind and compassionate. She was easy to talk to and I felt welcomed. If the interviewer is a representation of what the culture is like at Lyra, then it seems to be excellent
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Lyra Health in Apr 2020
Interview
I had two interviews for the role. They were straightforward and both interviewers were polite. The interviewee is not made aware of the role play interview, this is by design, so can feel a little daunting at first. I found the VP of clinical sales to be very direct and a bit brash and was not considered for the role based on this interview. Ultimately I was fortunate it didn’t work out and felt they were looking for someone with a specific background, rather than good candidates they could train or educate on their processes.
