Interview
Pros: Pretty efficient process, took 3 weeks. Recruiter phone screen, hiring manager interview, then onsite (which includes app critique, whiteboard, PM interview and portfolio presentation). I enjoyed meeting everyone and they all seemed wonderful. Cons: App critique was poorly run, the interviewers in this session basically watched silently and didn't give any guidance on what they wanted to hear about. When I was rejected, the recruiter was unable to share any feedback on why I didn't get the role which is frustrating, as I would like to know where to improve.
