      Procurement/Sourcing Interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lytro (Mountain View, CA) in Jun 2012

      Interview

Was introduced to Lytro through a former contact. Interview was promptly arranged afterwards. Both members of the staff who I met were courteous, knowledgeable, and seems liked generally good people. The interview itself was more of a conversation rather than an interrogation, which was a welcome relief compared to others. While I did not purse the opportunity for reasons that had nothing to do with any negative feelings about the company, their products or people, Lytro seems like a VERY good place to work based on my short experience with them.
