The interview involved a series of multi-hour, pertinent staff interviews, a writing assignment, a review of my photographic images and video, illustration work, previous copy. The first interview was a qualifier via telephone, followed by a second phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by four on-site sessions. The final session followed submission of the writing sample, and was with senior executive staff. At every step of the way, I was provided detailed email following form the recruiting staff, with links to LinkedIn profiles of interviewers for reference. This was a professional, thoroughly modern process, which was a joy to participate in. I was also impressed at how wickedly accomplished their team is, and was extremely excited at the opportunity to work here.
