I was shocked there wasn’t a test for technical aptitude, especially for a senior role. I’m genuinely concerned on how they would appropriately deem a candidate more qualified than another if they aren’t vetting for the main qualifications. HR blatantly ignored my emails asking for a status on my background screen and reference checks they had requested to perform.
