The recruiter asked about my background and my experience with certain technologies listed in my resume. The recruiter was very friendly and gave me a good overview of the company culture and the next steps in the interview process. Onsite Technical Interview: I was invited to the onsite interview at their Bangalore Church Street Office. It consisted of two back-to-back interview sessions, first one lasting about an hour and next about 20mins. Coding Interview 1: Focused on algorithms and data structures. I was asked to solve a problem related to basic algorithms, my previous experience, my projects, and queries on SQL and more. Behavioral Interview: This was more relaxed and conversational. The interviewer asked about my past projects, challenges, and how I handled them. They also inquired about my experiences working in a team, dealing with conflicts, and my motivation for applying to Lytx Company. Feedback and Offer: A week after the onsite interview, I received a call from the recruiter with positive feedback and an offer for the SDE role. The offer included a competitive salary and benefits. They also provided details on the team I would be joining and the projects I would be working on. Interview Tips: Prepare well for coding interviews by practicing problems on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank. Review system design concepts and be ready to discuss scalable architecture.
