Interview
Everyone was pleasant throughout the interview, however I felt ghosted at the end of the process. After an initial screening interview, an interview with a manager and then 3 separate interviews and then a presentation and another interview and 4 completed referrals from former co-workers and managers, the considerate thing to do would be at least call the candidate and let them know they did not get an offer. However, all I received was a generic email that was not personalized stating I was not chosen. I was okay that I was not selected, but after a 7 week process and going through 6 interviews, a presentation and having 4 references take time to fill out a form it would have been such a better experience to at least get a phone call or get any type of feedback rather than a blanket email. I feel a simple brief phone call at the end of this process could make all the difference in the future.
