Lytx Software Engineer interview questions

HR phone screen, Online Assessment, Hiring Manager phone screen, 3 hr panel interview (HR, PM, SE, Manager) Recruiter was awesome and very communicative all the way through. Everyone seemed very nice and tried to make the interview a positive experience. I enjoyed the whole process!

The interview process was divided into 3 steps: 1. HR phone screening 2. Manager phone interview 3. "On-site" Interview but this happened during the pandemic so it was a video call. This interview was almost 3 hours long and it was a series of interviews with - software engineers, Product manager, HR interview and lastly a brief call with the manager. Everyone I interviewed with was super nice and their enthusiasm about this company and the work culture really showed. The recruiter also was very communicative and kept me informed every step of the process. Really positive experience overall!
