Interview
I had my first interview on my University campus. After a couple weeks, I received an email that I was a candidate for the program and would be having an interview in Buffalo at M&T headquarters. The interview process in Buffalo was a day long event - it started with lunch with an M&T employee who had gone through the MDP program, and I then had 5 interviews with various M&T employees that lasted about a half an hour each.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at M&T Bank (Buffalo, NY)
Interview
Literally a terrible interview process. Applied online and was emailed by a recruiter there to set up an interview. Literally the most uninterested employee who seemed so mad. Asked zero relevant questions to the job, and halfway through realized she was asking me questions for a different role. It’s all behavioral and situational stuff but just a terrible interview, recruiter obviously didn’t want to be there.
