I submitted my application online thru career builder. I received a phone call the next day asking if I had time to talk to them for about 30 mins or when they could call back, I was able to at that time. This was consisted of previous experience, why I thought I would be a good fit, how much customer service experience I had, and if I was ok work the hours of operation. Then I was advised I would receive an email to do a simulation of the every day task performed by the STSR to see how well I could respond and quickly I was at typing. I received the email within an hour after getting off the phone and completed it right away. I was called the following day to set up and in person interview. I was greeted by one of the hiring managers and spoke with her in the office for about 15 mins before she led me to the area where the STSR worked. I was able to sit with one of the trainers and listen in on the calls. She was very good and did not make me feel overwhelmed. I sat with her for about 30 mins then returned back to the office. My interview was late morning and I received a call that afternoon with an offer to work for them.
