Firstly contacted by an internal recuriter who set up a phone interview for me. Phone intervoew was a couple days later and since this was a supervisor role i was asked particular questions regarding my management style and personality. I was then scheduled a face to face which i had with the hiring manager and another person in the same posistion that i would be hired for. Following that i had then been scheduled for another 3 interviews with dept managers. I didnt hear back regarding my interview for a couple weeks but was kept abreast at what was happening and was contacted to say i was still under consideration. The phone interview took place at the end of Jan and i recieved a job offer the first week in April. I was told that alot candidates interviewed and that the lengthy process is normal for hiring someone in a management role. Overall experience was good and the recruiter and people i interviewed with spoke highly of the culture of company.
