Interview
Applied online and more than two weeks later received a call from Human Resources - I will be scheduled for a phone interview within the next ten days. The phone interview went well, was fully qualified for the position and then advised to pursue the SDP program. I asked for additional time to think about the position and called back twice to show interest. I have not yet heard back from the bank. As of now it seems that processes within HR are measured in weeks or months as opposed to days.

Interview
It was long but interesting i was impressed by the professional service I received. After a couple of weeks i received a email requesting a phone interview after that I received an email a day later requesting a in person interview which lasted about an hour then a week later I received an offer letter with more than my asking price. Overall the interview was a easy process if i could change anything I wish the entire process was a little more quicker given a current situation with employment. I am now currently employed with the company for over a year now.
