I applied on February 7th, received an invitation to do a phone interview on February 13th, had the phone interview on February 26th, was invited to an in-person interview on March 29th, and was informed that I would hear back approximately a week later. I sent a thank you note to the interviewer on April 1st to which there was no reply. On April 12th, two weeks after the in-person interview, I emailed both the recruiter and interviewer for a follow-up. As of today, April 16th, they have not given me the courtesy of a reply. From Feb 7th to today, M&T Bank has wasted 2 months and 9 days of my time. This has been the most unprofessional interview process I have ever encountered.
