This interview was through an on-campus recruiting service. Questions included "name two of your weakness" "why M&T" and "where do you see yourself in the next 2-5 years." During the interview, I mentioned that I would like to work at M&T Bank for about 2 years and then move on to graduate school. The interviewee told me that they were looking for individuals who would stay with the bank for a longer period of time. For that reason, I did not move on to the second round of the interview.

After passing a relatively straightforward phone screening, I was invited to spend a day In Buffalo New York with a group of candidates to learn more about the program and have a number of one on one interviews with 3 or 4 managers
