Had an initial phone screen in late 2019. Very straightforward questions, had a pleasant chat. They then flew me to Buffalo for in-person interviews. First met with a recruiter - similar questions to the phone screen, pleasant enough. My next interview with the prospective team (VP and MDP graduate) was scheduled for a few hours later in a different building. Upon arriving, there is no front of desk or any reception, so I had to find the floor myself. I did not have keycard access to enter, so a random employee had to open the door for me and ask around for the person who was supposed to interview me. While the eventual interview was fine, the whole ordeal was very disorganized and unprofessional. After the interview, I did not hear back from the recruiter after following up. I followed up again one or two months after for an update but was completely ghosted. Would have been nice to receive news one way or another, especially after having taken time to make the trip to Buffalo.
