Four interviews. One phone interview with an HR Representative. Two in person with different VP’s and one with the man in charge of the department. Each one was pretty standard they mostly asked for a description of my current work. I was leaving my previous company for a higher position at M&T. The questions seemed fair and they were open to my questions about the environment.

Very very friendly and made me feel at ease. Very easy interview. Made me feel welcome comfortable. Hope that the rest of the company is the same. Made me want to get the job.

Interview
HR phone interview which was very pleasant. Two weeks later invited for an onsite group interview. The main interviewer who the position reports too was very unprofessional and me feel like I was under interrogation rather than an interview. He was obsessed as to why I changed jobs so often, leading me to wonder why invite me if you had so many reservations about my background. It was a total waste of time and the interviewers were 20 minutes late. Withdrew my application.
