Interview
Basic soft interview questions, nothing really technical. Asked about leadership skills, working under pressure, pretty basic stuff. I think the general employee they were looking for was 1. Leader, someone who’s going above and beyond in everything they do 2. Team player. One who isn’t going to cause an issue in the work place and be willing to put in the extra effort when need be.
HR call, then 2 rounds of interviews. Relatively straightforward. They did not ask any technical questions it was all personality based, really emphasize leadership in the interview if you want to move forward.
It was pretty easy and I thought i did a good job. They go over more methodology and ask audit based questions in the second round. I’m currently waiting for either an offer or a rejection. fingers crossed!!

Interview
Had an introductory interview with a recruiter, then one with a couple VPs, then another round with a panel. Some technical questions but they were pretty basic. I have yet to hear back after the last interview.
