The interview process was fine. Firstly I talked to HR and then with the team. Although I didn't secure the job, overall, it was a neutral experience and I wish I had feedback.

Team: They didn't care much about culture, etc, They were more interested in understanding if you met their requirements for the role.

2nd round of process. Passed the technical but not the competency based.10 questions and around 1 hr interview.Interviewer was VP but seems to be good enough at first impression.He was not even properly listening to engaging.
