the hiring manager was very supportive and considerate of my situation considering that I was shifting my career.
the interview started after its time by mins. due to a work emergency with the manager, yet he granted additional mins to me after the interview has ended to discuss any further questions

whether I am familiar or not with the competitors the supply chain process, work equipment, etc.
