MC2 Senior Project Manager interview questions

I went through three rounds of interviews beginning with the CEO and then followed by an interview with the President and the head of HR on the same day. This occurred primarily because of scheduling availability of senior management rather than a defined process within the company. I then had a third interview with a divisional president and I received an offer about two weeks after the third interview. Each interview covered the responsibilities of the position and identified opportunities for improvement in certain project management processes.
