I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at MCI (Regina, SK) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview process is quite lengthy as you then to progress from one stage to another ,there quite a lot of repetition as you get to answer similar answers with just a few additions in the next stage.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MCI in Nov 2025
Interview
It was a phone interview, mainly just asking about computer requirements and availability, as well as customer service based interview questions. And if all that goes well, they they would proceed.
After completing assessment, they never reply back. Sent so many emails to the HRs and even tried to call the recruitment team multiple times, but they never answered. They never let you know if you are hired or not. Worst experience ever.
