Timeline on applications and interview invites is incredibly long. However, interview process went very smoothly, questions were straightforward and relevant, interviewers were caring. HR is abhorrent and rude. The offer that most people receive is really low considering industry standards. Benefits are bad, except for health insurance. Offers are nonnegotiable.
Consisted of basic background questions, as well as a 10 minute presentation. The whole team was in the zoom call, and were all very nice. No technical questions but they asked specifics on background and experience.
No real process. Got the call to meet in person and was told I got the job once we met. Just trying to hit the thirty word minimum. Just trying to hit the thirty word minimum.
