1st round: phone interview 2rd round: interview on site (Laguna Hills location) 3rd round: interview in Vancouver (May 2018) I was offered the position, submitted my counter-offer. They got back to me with a new offer and I accepted it, but I had few questions on their health plan and the training phase. After 10 days waiting for them to get back to me, they finally answered (on June 1st, 2018) but to my big surprise, they withdrew their offer stating: "I do have to withdraw our offer of employment. After a recent unsuccessful launch in this position, we have grown exceedingly careful and we have decided that we need to go in another direction". Very unprofessional and disappointing, especially I started talking to my previous employer because I was not expecting such behavior from a company that was bragging about their ethics and culture within the company.
