Interview
I was hired through a temp agency and got full time status within 3 months. They don't use the staffing agency anymore due to numerous issues from the past. The way its done now is you simply stop at the HR office and fill out the application. If you know someone inside that's a benefit to you. The interview process as far as I know is simply with one or two company representatives. Usually the HR manager and a plant supervisor. After the interview I understand you usually find out in a week if you got the job.

You fill out an application and get a call for an interview, after interview you get a plant tour then asked to go for a physical and drug test. couple weeks later got call to start.
