I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at MIT Lincoln Laboratory (Boston, MA) in Jan 2014
Interview
Talked to everyone on the team 1 or 2 at a time. They asked me about myself and what I did for fun. Talked about what's going on at the lab. Everybody was incredibly friendly, didn't receive any technical questions. Took about 6 hours, met pretty much everyone in the group.
