Initially I was asked to complete an assessment to measure my proficiency (Exel & Microsoft word). Next, I had the opportunity to meet with recruitment specialist and I was asked different questions about my background, etc. Once that was done I was given the opportunity to sit down and talk with management, which surprisingly went very well. I say this because, I was so nervous, but they made me feel very comfortable. I am hopeful that I’ll be extended an offer. Only time will tell!
