The interview was standard with the first round. The second round was a full panel round. Didn’t get good vibes from management, felt like a place that micromanaged a lot and it was beyond that after accepting the position. Even to how they insist on crossing lines about reasons for taking a sick day by using the “infection control” excuse

Straightforward, welcoming, honest, and informative. Great insight on job description and what to expect/challenges. It was a 2 part interview one with the recruiter and the second with the nurse supervisor.
Recruiter 45min-1hr screening, she basically asked about years of experience and writing everything down as the conversation went on, very robotic in my opinion- not conversational

After providing references and the interview went well, they mentioned they do not have enough budget to hire. While I have used all my references and spent 2 months for this job search.
