The interview process for both positions was normal. First I had the HR Adminstrator interview, a phone interview, then some video interviews with the team. I did not receive information regarding whether or not I was chosen for over a month after my interview. The TA Coordinator Position was similar. The director of Talent Acquistion, Rick encouraged me to apply for the position. I had video interviews with 4 different people including himself, lasting about 1.5-2 hours altogether. I never received information regarding if I was chosen, over two months later. I followed up multiple times and never got any communication back. I would definitely avoid interviewing with MKS due to this terrible experience which reflects badly on them. I wanted the job a lot. Now when anyone asks me about bad interview experiences, I can bring up MKS.
