The interview itself was relatively smooth and the people at MMR were lovely, however I could not help but feel disrespected given how disorganised the entire process was. I was initially headhunted by MMR to undergo their interview process at very short notice, and was "fast-tracked" through the first two stages. After passing these, I was then given their initial screening test (which I should have received before I even completed the first stage), less than a day prior to the formal interview, after I had already disclosed that I was working that evening and had very little time to work on that in tandem with preparing for the interview itself and also working. As I mentioned before, the interview was relatively smooth (despite being quite difficult and consisting of 3 activities, those being performing powerpoint presentation, a data analysis exercise and then a formal discussion with staff members) and all the staff at MMR were lovely - however, myself and several other interviewees had to chase MMR up for feedback (which they had promised to provide the next day), which took nearly an entire working week for MMR to respond. After finally getting a response, I was told that a call with their recruiter was scheduled for the next day - only to be called later that day (whilst I was at a family event that I had informed them about), despite my arguing that now was not the best time to discuss my employment situation. I ultimately didn’t get the role, but in retrospect I dodged a bullet given how disrespectfully we were treated & how disorganised the recruitment process seemed.
