Interview
The person in a director level sent me an email for setting up an interview call in the next few days. I replied it promptly with time options, but there's no response. I followed up a few days later. Still no response. I have no idea why they sent me an email asking for scheduling an interview, but in the end left me hanging. It is unprofessional and disrespectful.
