Well to start off there wasn't much of a process. I had to call the manager multiple times because she kept forgetting. Then when we finally did schedule an interview she never showed up. & told me to come back a week later. It took about 1.5 months to get an interview.

Do you have reliable transportation?
Tell me a joke.
What do you do for fun?
The questions asked were to get to know your personality, lasted about 10 minutes. It felt a lot more like a conversation than an interview, there weren't many questions about skills.
Asked a few questions behavioral and availability questions as well and then asked for some times when I demonstrated each of their four G's, which are grit, gratitude, growth, and generosity.

Interview
The interview process was smooth. I have worked at MOD for over a year and it is a great place filled with awesome people. If you don't have food service experience before applying to MOD, that's okay, the skills are very teachable.
