Interview
There's a new store being built by me and I saw a posting for it and applied. Received an email the next day informing me of a Job fair that weekend. Went to the job fair and filled out an application. Had a casual interview where it felt more like a conversation just getting to know you. Everyone was super friendly. He asked why I was interested in the company and if I had ever been there before. I was honest and said I never heard of the company untill I saw the sign go up while they were building and that I had gone online to see what they were about. He liked that I had researched the company and went over some more stuff about the company. Asked if I had customer service experience and and talked about some stuff about my work history and just general conversation. I had said something in one of my answers that he really liked and was on of the things the company was based on, and he offered me the job on the spot. Just be yourself, they want someone who is friendly and will be able to interact well with the customers and who like to work fast. Fast is part of their motto. I then filled out my availability for training and went over some basics, is base pay which is really decent and tips, and I really liked that they offer benefits even for part time.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Have you had a supervisor in your past that stood out? What made them stand out?
The questions asked were to get to know your personality, lasted about 10 minutes. It felt a lot more like a conversation than an interview, there weren't many questions about skills.
Asked a few questions behavioral and availability questions as well and then asked for some times when I demonstrated each of their four G's, which are grit, gratitude, growth, and generosity.

Interview
The interview process was smooth. I have worked at MOD for over a year and it is a great place filled with awesome people. If you don't have food service experience before applying to MOD, that's okay, the skills are very teachable.
