The most casual interview I've ever experienced! I applied and got a phone call the next day asking me some questions about salary, how much I wanted to work, etc. and we scheduled an interview the day after that. I sat down with two of the managers, and they asked me like three easy questions and then they talked to me for awhile about the work environment. It seemed like they had already decided to hire me before I sat down. On the phone, one manager had also asked me to memorize the ten menu pizzas, which I did. Total calm, I had to do very little talking. They liked my energy and enthusiasm and were impressed I memorized all the pizzas in a day. They hired me on the spot! Fastest time from application to getting hired I've ever experienced.
