Went very quick and was very straight forward. Very easy questions and was a very calm environment. My motivations behind wanting to work for not only the company, but also as a crew member specifically were the largest parts of the interview. Availability was also asked of.

The interview was calm in a seating area of the store. There were 2 people interviewing me and they asked some basic questions and were very friendly to me. Was my first interview so I wasn't prepared.
asked the interview standard questions, they hire second chance hires, went by pretty easy, staff was inviting, sat in restaurant dining room area, hired on spot which was very nice
