Interview
The manager of the store called me for a quick 10 minute phone interview and then asked me to come in a few days later for a 30 minute in person interview. She then called me the next day and offered me the job. It was as simple as that.

Question 1
Why I wanted to work there and another was how my experience would be a good fit for their team
The questions asked were to get to know your personality, lasted about 10 minutes. It felt a lot more like a conversation than an interview, there weren't many questions about skills.
Asked a few questions behavioral and availability questions as well and then asked for some times when I demonstrated each of their four G's, which are grit, gratitude, growth, and generosity.

Interview
The interview process was smooth. I have worked at MOD for over a year and it is a great place filled with awesome people. If you don't have food service experience before applying to MOD, that's okay, the skills are very teachable.
