Honestly, the interview process couldn't have been simpler. I applied for the position, and a few days later I got a call from the Gm, saying that he wanted me to come in for a interview. So that's exactly what I did. There's was another person applying for the same position. We had the interview at the same time, and got hired on the spot. For my first job, it couldn't have been easier.
The questions asked were to get to know your personality, lasted about 10 minutes. It felt a lot more like a conversation than an interview, there weren't many questions about skills.
Asked a few questions behavioral and availability questions as well and then asked for some times when I demonstrated each of their four G's, which are grit, gratitude, growth, and generosity.

Interview
The interview process was smooth. I have worked at MOD for over a year and it is a great place filled with awesome people. If you don't have food service experience before applying to MOD, that's okay, the skills are very teachable.
