I had an amazing interview with the former General Manager. It was very thorough but I was made comfortable through the process. I also received a detailed description of the establishment itself and a list of the key components they search for in their potential staff.

After the second interview I waited almost a week until I got a call from the DM saying I got the job. Went in a week later to fill out paperwork.
