Very different interview atmosphere compared to most places. They ask you about yourself including some questions that are a little goofy meant to break the ice. They hire you for your personality more so than your work experience. GM interviewed me, said she wanted to hire me but needed approval from her DM, kept in touch I called/emailed once a week. Had a phone interview with the DM yesterday. Got an email today offering me the job.

The interview was calm in a seating area of the store. There were 2 people interviewing me and they asked some basic questions and were very friendly to me. Was my first interview so I wasn't prepared.
asked the interview standard questions, they hire second chance hires, went by pretty easy, staff was inviting, sat in restaurant dining room area, hired on spot which was very nice
