The questions asked were to get to know your personality, lasted about 10 minutes. It felt a lot more like a conversation than an interview, there weren't many questions about skills.
interview was a joke. Manager called me and told mento come in later in the day. We talked for 15 minutes but most of it was non work related. He told me to memorize the menu and I would be hired. I never memorized the menu and I was still hired
Asked a few questions behavioral and availability questions as well and then asked for some times when I demonstrated each of their four G's, which are grit, gratitude, growth, and generosity.

The interview process was smooth. I have worked at MOD for over a year and it is a great place filled with awesome people. If you don't have food service experience before applying to MOD, that's okay, the skills are very teachable.
