After being reached out to by a third-party recruiter, a phone interview was set up directly with the hiring manager. About a week after that, I had a phonecall with the CEO. Several days later, I was flown in from out of town for a day long interview, during which I met with about 10 people (in individual and panel interviews). I received an offer about three business days later.
The process was swift and relatively painless. The office atmosphere is casual and relaxed (nice jeans are fine!) but at the same time, they mean business and expect a high level of professionalism. Day long interviews are strenuous, but important from both the candidate and company perspectives.
