The interview process was a bit unstructured, limited support or direction from the recruiter. I was scheduled to meet with a C-level employee, and asked the recruiter what to expect or prepare and I received no response. After sessions with the recruiter and hiring manager I heard nothing back at all for over a week. I had another offer, but still made a point to chase up for any sort of feedback. Red flags.
