Interview
I first had a phone screening with a recruiter, where they asked basic questions about my background, experience, and interest in the role. Next, I interviewed with the Quality Supervisor, who asked more technical and behavioral questions related to quality control and problem-solving. Finally, I had an interview with the Head of Engineering and Quality, which focused on my communication skills, approach to quality, and how I would fit within the team. Overall, the process was well organized and everyone was friendly and professional.
