I recently completed the onboarding process at MOO, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience. While there were several stages, the entire journey felt warm and welcoming — I was kept well informed throughout. Serwaa, the talent partner, was absolutely lovely, and the support I received along the way was incredibly reassuring. Overall, it was really positive experience, and I’m thrilled to be part of the team!

Interview
Had a 1st call with a recruiter - which to be honest, some of this could have been Y/N answers on the application to save a bit of time.
On "passing" that, I was invited to a follow up interview with the hiring manager. What's a little disappointing is I was contacted the day before the interview to advise that they would not be progressing my application as the hiring manager had had a "change of heart" regarding hybrid working.
Completely understand if you decide as an employer you want the role to be hybrid or not, but please in future don't make that decision and contact the candidate a day before the interview to advise them of this. I'd taken a bit of my own time out to prepare for this and it's not very professional or representative of what I thought was a great company culture.
