I submitted my resume online and received a phone call from Mountain few days later. A phone interview of sorts was conducted where I was evaluated for my genuine interest in the position as well as to talk about it a little further. It was a very natural and personable conversation. We spoke for a few minutes and it went really positively. It was followed up with an offer for an in-person interview the next week. During the in-person interview I met with two managers. I would describe the interview as very conversational but with interview questions woven in. It was a very natural process and they didn't try to force the often smothering rigid dynamic interviews often have- I was appreciative because I was definitely more on par with my natural demeanor and personality. When the interview was complete, I was followed up with an offer shortly after.
