Pre-screen with HR, then revolving door of one person after another. It was five people total with extensive conversation and questions. What I liked is I got a chance to learn a bit about how each person perceived the organizational culture, as well as learn about their needs from the position.

Multiple interviews with replies and follow up phone interview. It took one month. Interviewers were hard to read. Take your time in answering questions. Be sure to research the company before interviewing.
