MSCI IT Service Desk Associate interview questions

The interview was scheduled in working days so i had to manage my office hours and interview in msci. Total 3 rounds done and each round took around 30 minutes.interviwer asked me so many questions and i answered almost all.after completing third round HR said she will call back and interview are going on but she never get back to me. After wasting my 3 hours i should at least expect the final result or what exactly wrong so that i can improve myself.
