An HR person conducted a brief phone interview (screening). A week later I was invited for a first round in-person interview with the hiring leader and two members of the team. One week after that I was invited for a second-round interview with a panel of seven employees. I found the employees to be friendly and engaging, though the interviewers did ask challenging questions.
